Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. All swimwear must be returned with original hygiene seals intact and in unworn condition.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • All hygiene seals and protective liners intact
  • Original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Free from any odors or stains

Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Log into your account on our website
  2. Navigate to your order history
  3. Select “Request Return” for relevant order
  4. Complete return form and print label
  5. Package items securely and ship

Return Costs
Standard returns: $6.95 (deducted from refund)
Free returns for:

  • Defective merchandise
  • Wrong items received
  • Quality issues

Refund Processing
Once we receive your return:

Swimwear Specific Conditions
Due to hygiene reasons:

  • All protective liners must be intact
  • No signs of try-on without underwear
  • Original packaging must be undamaged

International Returns
Additional requirements:

  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Include customs documentation
  • Refund minus original shipping costs

Return Authorization
Returns without authorization will be refused. Always obtain return approval before shipping.

Quality Inspection
All swimwear returns undergo strict quality control. Items failing inspection will be returned at customer’s expense.

Holiday Returns
Extended period for holiday purchases:

  • Items purchased November 1 – December 24
  • Return until January 31

Gift Returns

Partial Returns
